what do you do when your game is stolen?

Halfbot's in a bit of a bind. They created a game, and readied it for release in Apple's app store, only to find out someone had ripped it off, and started selling the exact game with the exact same name, but under their own brand.

The game, "The Blocks Cometh" looks like it has been blatantly ripped off by a coincidentally now-hard-to-find group called EdisonGame. You can find the timeline of what has happened over at Halfbot's website. It l;ooks to have started a week ago and there's still no word from Apple's copyright department.

I think all that would have to happen would be a rumor start that EdisonGame's version of this is a jailbreak app and Apple would crack down in minutes.
